Whether you're hiking steep trails, casting from riverbanks, or chasing sunsets on two feet—your body is your greatest piece of gear.

This hybrid class series is designed to help you take care of it. This 4-part class series blends yoga, mobility, strength, and restorative practices—designed to support your body through every season of adventure. Led by movement coach and outdoor guide Lindsay Kocka, each class offers approachable guidance, options for all levels, and a focus on real recovery. Expect a moderate pace with movement in standing, seated, and lying down positions. Come as you are. Move how you need. This space was made for you.

Join Ripple Outside + Instructor, Lindsay Kocka for this 4-Part series to build strength, improve mobility, and recover from your outdoor pursuits this summer.

June 9 – Slow Flow vinyasa for connection and strength.

June 16 – Mobility work to support joint health and range of motion.

June 23 – Recovery sessions focused on soft tissue care and hydration.

June 30 – Restore classes to calm the nervous system and support deep rest Expect a supportive, welcoming environment with plenty of modifications offered.


5:30 PM – Hour-long Class time with Lindsay

6:45 PM – Optional Socializing with snacks & N/A beverages
