Join us for Mindfulness Over Matter – Natural Movement, an immersive outdoor experience blending mindful movement, functional mobility, and a guided hike through Montana’s stunning landscapes.

Join us for a unique hike that adjoins adventure, mindfulness, and natural movement methodology within one seamless experience. Aiming to offer a fresh perspective and empowering approach to our many outdoor excursions within more rugged terrain, Lindsay Kocka, local fly fishing guiding, movement and mindfulness educator, and founder of Fluent Movement on the Fly is excited to share this event with our community. The early evening gathering will begin with a mindful movement practice that emphasizes joint mobility, breath mechanics, balance and proprioception, and functional movement. Our all-levels guided hike that follows will offer space to integrate healthy and skillful movement along with simple breathing techniques to support stress management, heart rate, and overall composure. We’ll conclude with a short rest and recovery practice that will include myofascial-release and some feel-good stretching to relax and unwind.
